During the National Meat Association’s 2008 Convention, you will have the opportunity to spend time with some of the industry’s top experts in the field of quality assurance. Beginning Friday afternoon, February 22, the American Meat Science Association QA 101 Task Force will take you on an educational journey designed to equip you with the tools you need to monitor and maintain the quality of your products.
QA 101 is a brand new program from AMSA written by a team of industry and univeristy meat scientists with strong backgrounds in quality assurance applications. The February class is being sponsored by the National Meat Association (NMA).
