Prior to the American Meat Science Association’s 2008 Reciprocal Meat Conference, you will have the opportunity to spend time with some of the industry’s top experts in the field of quality assurance. On June 21-22 your quality assurance staff will have the opportunity to spend time with some of the industry’s top experts in the field of quality assurance.

QA 101 is a brand new program from AMSA written by a team of industry and university meat scientists with strong backgrounds in quality assurance applications. The June class is being sponsored by NAMP.
