QA 101 was developed by the American Meat Science Association QA 101 Task Force as an educational short course designed to provide individuals with the needed training and resources to monitor and maintain the quality of their products.
This year QA 101 is co-sponsored by the North American Meat Processors Association (NAMP), the American Association of Meat Processors (AAMP) and the National Meat Association
(NMA).
